In order for you to feel heard and understood, my objective is to help create a safe, inclusive, and authentic space. I support clients facing a variety of life-stressors and mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I have experience supporting diverse populations and LGBTQIA+ identifying individuals. I believe that through exploration of painful experiences and negative patterns we can make space for those difficult feelings, while also finding empowerment towards growth, internal validation, and self-acceptance. I put an emphasis on the working relationship between client and clinician. I personally know how much courage it takes to reach out for help. I also know firsthand how incredibly life-changing working with the right therapist can be. Being a part of your journey toward creating the life you truly desire and deserve would be my privilege.
